In-stock items usually ship within 7–10 days. Custom or larger orders may take up to 14 business days. If you need your order sooner, reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate. See full shipping policy.

Because each item is handcrafted, returns must be approved before shipping back and started within 14 days of delivery. Custom or personalized pieces cannot be returned. Damaged items should be reported within 7 days of receipt with photos. See full Return Policy.

Yes! Orders over $120 qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous U.S. Please note that Holiday Trees and Dahlia Bouquets are excluded from free shipping due to their size and packaging requirements.
