Returns
At Salty Blooms, every piece is made by hand with care. Because each one is handcrafted just for you, returns are limited — but if you have a problem with your order, we’ll do our best to work it out.
Returns must be approved before being sent back. They must be initiated within 14 days of delivery and received by us within 30 days. To start the return process, email returns@saltyblooms.com with your order number, a brief note, and a photo of the item so we can determine the best way to help.

Approved returns: Must be in original condition and packaging. Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can review and decide the best way to make it right. If a return is approved, we’ll share next steps with you.

Retail store purchases: If you purchased your Salty Blooms item from one of our retail partners, please return it directly to that store according to their policy.

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items: These pieces are made especially for you, so they can’t be returned or exchanged.
Shipping Policy
Each order is handmade, so it takes time. In-stock items are generally shipped within 7–10 business days. Larger or custom orders may take longer but usually ship within 14 business days. If you need your order sooner, let us know at sales@saltyblooms.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
We currently ship only within the contiguous United States.
