Orders over $120 are eligible for free standard shipping; exclusions apply.  Shipping times vary because every order is handmade. In-stock pieces are generally shipped within 7-10 business days, while larger or custom orders usually ship within 14 business days. We currently ship only within the contiguous U.S.

Returns are limited since each piece is handmade. They must be approved before being sent back, started within 14 daysof delivery, and received within 30 days. Approved returns must be in original condition and packaging, with return shipping covered by the customer. 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos so we can determine the best way to make it right. Custom and made-to-order pieces can’t be returned or exchanged, and items purchased through retail partners should be returned directly to that store.
